We believe that every IT professional deserves the perfect job – and every company should find the best talent. That is why we founded Jobriver: a platform tailored specifically to the needs of the IT industry.
With our specialised platform we make the job search easier, faster and more effective. No more endless applications, no more unsuitable job offers – only relevant matches between top talent and innovative companies.
Our story
The story of Jobriver begins in 2016 with bitseven – our first IT agency. What started as a small web development firm grew into a portfolio of successful tech companies. From proptech (HausHirsch, OFFMARKET24) to global projects in Dubai – we learned what it means to change markets with technology.
In 2022 it was time for our next chapter: Jobriver. As IT entrepreneurs we experienced first-hand how hard it is to find the right talent. Generic job boards do not understand what makes a good tech job. We wanted to change that.

Andrzej Fink
IT & proptech entrepreneur with 15 years of experience at the intersection of real estate and IT. Specialised in web development, digital business models, process automation and AI. His technical expertise forms the foundation of Jobriver.
Viktor Fink
Tech optimist, real estate entrepreneur and speaker. Viktor founded his first company bitseven in 2016 and later expanded into the real estate industry with HausHirsch (2020) and OFFMARKET24 (2022). His passion for technology and people drives the vision of Jobriver.
