You provide the role and a few key facts, and the generator writes the title, description, requirements and benefits. You control the tone, form of address and SEO focus. You can also import an existing ad via URL or pasted text and have it mapped into the fields automatically.
The AI checks your text for wording that may be problematic or exclusionary under the German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) and suggests neutral alternatives. It supports discrimination-free wording but does not replace legal advice; responsibility for the content remains with the employer.
