Transparency is the foundation of any reliable statistic. Here we document how the metrics in this report are produced and where the data comes from.

The data basis of this report is all IT job listings active on jobriver.de as of the reference date. The distributions by work model, experience level and location are analysed directly from the job listings. The salary data is aggregated from job listings with salary information (81,1 % of all jobs) as well as editorially maintained salary sources. All metrics are updated continuously.
